Leadership comes down to taking care of the people in your organization and making them the best they can be, not giving up on them and never failing to be there for them. Explain how you will, when in a manager or leadership role, accomplish this?
If I am being given the leadership role then I will give all my necessary and best efforts in supporting subordinates and the other people who will be in link with me. A leader always has a set of responsibilities which he must fulfill in a proper manner. As a leader, I will always motivate the employees working under me. I will give them motivation in whatever work is being assigned to them. Motivation always helps in making an employee do the best in his job. Also, I will make very good relationships with all the employees who will be in link with me. A good relationship always helps in disclosing all the matters. Every employee will feel to be quite frank in talking to me about any problem he might be facing.
Also, as a leader, I will give the necessary directions to the employees whenever required so that there can be an improvement in the overall activities of the organization. I will provide the necessary guidance whenever required to the different employees. As a leader, my role will be to make the employees know their hidden qualities so that they can realize their qualities and use them in their job. I will also assign jobs to different employees according to their skills and specialization. It helps in getting things done in a better manner. I will never let any employee feel alone or worried. I will always give my helping hand to each and every employee. A leader must be able to understand the feelings of every employee working in the organization. There will not always be a situation that an employee will come and tell what is going through his mind. Therefore I will focus on developing this art of understanding employees' state of mind even if the employee is trying to hide something from me. Also, I will always motivate the employees' to make correct decisions in difficult situations because employees' must be self-dependent and should not seek anyone's help. This helps in boosting up the confidence level of the employees. Also, my focus will be on maintaining coordination and harmony between the activities of different employees. This is very important because there should not be any type of conflict in the mind of an employee for any other employee. There must be a complete positive environment in the organization and I will apply my full efforts in achieving it.
Also, I will set targets for every employee in the organization so that everyone should have full dedication towards their target. When targets are fixed then the employee is able to focus all his efforts in a particular direction. Setting targets is a very important thing if the activities have to be done in proper order and in a particular time period in the organization.
