Answer:- Environment aspsis control :-

A major soruce of product contamination is airborne microorganisms. The laminar airflow workbench with high efficiency particulate air filter provides an ultraclean environment of preparation of sterile products.

But workbench does not guarantee sterility of product and not effective if not properly installed and maintained or if the operator uses poor aspetic techniques.

The laminar airflow workbench should be tested for leaks airflow velocity and airflow pattern when installed.

Workbench should be checked time to time.

Workbench should be place in clean room where traffic and air disturbance that may be affect the laminar airflows are eliminated.

Clean room itself should be sanitize and should be immaculate.

Hospital pharmacist should be examine industrial sterile processing techniques and apply them to the preparation of sterile products.

B). Guidelines for surgical aspsis:-

Always face the sterile Field don't turn back or side on a sterile Field.

Keep sterile equipment above your waist or above table.

Do not cough sneezing an talking in strile field .

Never reach across sterile Field.

Keep the unsterile objects away from the sterile field.

Keep strile field dry

The edge of the sterile

Handle liquids cautiously near the sterile field or prevent drapes or wrappers from becoming wet.

Each sterile supply should be clearly labeled as to it's contents time date of sterilization.

Never assume that a objects is setrile, always check the sterility expiration date.
