FunRead is a start-up company (for interactive stories book for children)

What could be the future plans to develop the product (book) and the service (App) for FunRead?

Solutions

Expert Solution

The future plans to develop the book and the related applications for the same organisation FunRead could be:

1. The could tend to develop an interactive way of the book by adding story related and personalised content where the children could learn and relate. For this step, a proper planning is to done by the organisation where the customer market is to analysed and well examined to know facts about what kind of things children like.

2. A proper staffing and organisation should take place to design the most strategic ideas that would have the competitive advantage in the industry where so many organisations are already competitng. For example, in the application developed in the future the application could ask the children to make their own Avatar and that Avatar would be the lead hero/heroine for all the stories covered in the service application.

3. After the marketing of the same product and service, more additional offers should be given to the customers so they could return to buy more. For example, That same could be repeated in the books, where the picture books could ask to draw the picture of their Avatar and how they want to make their fun lives ahead.

4. At last, controlling should be effectively done to analyse the standards set in the plannings were accurate or not and if any deviations arise in the product or the service, how to take the corrective actions regarding it.
