It takes discernment, time, and a whole lot of work to attract and retain the best talent. That's why the question of this human resource is so high on the list. You need to know the requirements of the job and the organization to attract the right people. But this challenge is becoming increasingly difficult as job roles and priorities continue to change and organizational culture continues to adapt.
Transition is a shapeshifter that influences our world, our rivals, our consumers and our workplace. But whether administrative, institutional, operational, or technical, human fear of change is well-known. The unknown causes feelings of anxiety and confusion. This makes it one of the most common challenges faced by HR practitioners to adapt workers to change. Human resources are not only concerned with maintaining the morale, satisfaction, and cooperation of workers through transition, but also with continuously updating employees to meet the changing business needs.
Not all teams are operating at the same stage, normally due to the team leader. Because of a poor relationship with their direct manager, most workers consider leaving their jobs. That's why the source and development of talented and inspiring leaders is critical.
But it's said more quickly than done. Because it doesn't work to groom current employees for leadership positions when the leaders in the making continue to leave–a regular occurrence in a Millennial-heavy workforce. That's why this is one of today's most important threats for human resources.

Team building activities are also an effective approach for integrating and uniting employees from different cultures to a common business goal.
Perhaps one of the most noticeable human resource issues are health and safety practices. These concerns are not only governed by labor law, but they are also of great importance for the well-being of general employees. Because health is not just about sanitation or safety in the workplace. Due to high demands, limited time, and general employee burnout, the mental well-being of employees today can deteriorate. Of course, periods of stress are normal, and employees can often do their best work under times of pressure. But it is not possible to sustain high levels of stress.
Knowing the business climate of the future is the ultimate challenge for HR professionals. When markets and technology change, new generations enter the workforce, and globalization creates increased competition, human resource problems can make or break a company.
Through remaining relevant and constantly recognizing and solving the issues of human resources, companies will motivate their greatest asset, their employees, towards sustainable success.
