I do the work by handling home and child, I find this work life balance tough at the same time my child also gives my joy when I am there for him. Hence many a times I am not able to concentrate well on my work, since there is constant pressure of something or the other thing such as cooking, cleaning house, work, bringing grocery, taking care of my child etc. I have lot of stress due to all these factors. Now a days I have started having solution for the same, such as playing music while working, playing relaxation instrumental music, meditation whenever I am having too much of stress. Not taking responsibility of each and every household work, just concentrating on my child and the work. This has also made me free a little bit and other family members have also started doing the work.

Similarly I am not taking much of the profesional work, I am planning a day. It is better to quit some of money at the sake of work life balance. I am doing whatever I can do between 10-6 not after that. This gives time to exercize as well to spend quality time with family.
