Decision making is process of making a choice.It has many steps like finding a decision, collecting information and evaluate it and make a backup decision for it. The three levels of decision making process includes Strategic,Managerial and Operational level.

Strategic decision making process: It involves deciding and devoloping strategic plans to achive a goal or mission.It is a long term decisions,it will affect the way the company works.It make decision when a situation is imperfect.

Example :Organisation of a storage area-it includes process of finding area,to find shape of storage area,space,selection of storage things etc.

Managerial decision making process: It involves decision regarding the operations of a firm.It includes decision about target, decision about employess, and to take decision about sales of products.

Example: A manager can decide the steps to achive a target, to hire or fire employees and to decide actioins according to sales down.

Operational decision making process ; It involves decision making steps on daily basis.The decision are taken by the assistant managers.This is most repeated type of desion making in an organisation.

Example:To decide how to handle mistakes, about the product or services to provide customers.
