I need a paragraph by paragraph outline of the Federalists paper essay #39
39th Federalist Essay focuses on what type of government the framers of the constitution had mentioned. Although the essay insists that only Republican form of government is suitable for the new nation that would derive its power from people, Madison also points out few republican governments where the king still ruled. His primary argument is that America struggled hard to break free from the British only because the people in America wanted a free governance that is decided by the people in America. The paper focuses on how power source will start from the people by electing House of Representatives who would select the President, thus making sure they reflect people’s choice. All the other government officials, including the judges will anyway be appointed by the president thus indirectly deploying the people’s power. The paper concludes that only a republican form of government can reflect the true power of the common people.
