Inter cultural conflict occured when an issue is seen two culture in diffrent way. Because of Conflict situation has created, they get chance to talk to one another and understand each one world view better.when they truly know the genuine things of their culture then they start develoment of ability to create a shared culture which only exist among them.when inter cultural conflict take place , people are get oppertunity to modify their view , thought , beliefs in rational and sceintific manner.

In recent example is , i have done inter caste marriage with a girl . In caste system and Culture said , in India , prohibits marriage with outside the caste .but some people who are educated , urbanised , rational point view acept the inter caste marriage. So when we try to resolve the problem , we have understand diffrent dogmatism faith and superstition belief in old culture which denied inter caste marriage . But when they become understand that it is not appropriate beliefs and thought then they also will acept it . So intercultural conflict clear to understand actual fact .

I have benefitted from the experience a lot . I have develop capablity to remove streotype culture from scociety and develop unity , collobrative action and humanity rather then influennce of inter cultural conflict.
