a. Staff training is an asset. Because staff training is the process of training the current staff of the organisation for enhancing the performance of the staff as well as the productivity of the organisation. This is also very important as it can help in the professional development or career advancement of the employee. one important aspect of the business is training the staffs as they are one of the valuable assets. It is mandatory to train the staffs with the skill and knowledge required to meet the business objectives. It is an intangible asset.
