Retirement is one of the most important and crucial time in every individaulas life, as it make someone to laeve their job usually at a time when they are near to their age at which they would normally stop working, or because of illness.Ecah and evey country has their own retirement plan, age and post retirement schemes for the better future of the retiral person,according to the designation .In this context this essay summarises the pros and cons of retirement in the upcoming paragraphs.

To start with the merits of retirement, it gives less stress to the people as they were very busy with their profrssional  life, after the retirement they can stretch their legs easily without holding tensions of their career. apart from that, this facility gives them the oppertunity to choose their desired life style as they are out of their official responsibilities.Thirdly, retired people can spend more time with their,family,friends and their beloved ones, because they are getting more time when compared to the past.These are the positve sides of work give up.

If we look into the demerits of retirement, althogh, lossing the most experience hand is obviously a loss to that departmet, it affects the life that prson too. Firstly,They are lossing a busy life schedule and enter into a solitude. Hence it can craete many mental and physical problems in the human beings. For instance, Depression, Mania,panic attacks,hypertension,obesity and so on. Next, they are going out of a fixed income, which can create a strain on their savings,financial security benefits. Lastly but not the laest ,as it is their sunset age they may need more helath care , which can creat a financial burden on them.

To conclue, eventhogh retirement has both postive and negative impacts on both the person and the society, it isi mandatory too for the better futture and the generation to come.
