Because the most direct outcome of weak leadership is poor sales, if a leader does not correctly use his or her authority, it will undoubtedly generate or impact a company's performance. A terrible workplace environment will result from poor leadership combined with low morale. Leaders must be useful enough to recognize the pace and status of work if they have the authority or are in charge of ensuring that all members of the team are working together toward a common goal.

 A leader must be the one who can empower everyone in the workplace so that they can achieve their goal, and retain talent as much as possible. 

So, if a company is now encountering a bad sales or less profit, how can that company be able to pursue its business and operate? That’s why, a company must choose a leader that has the proper skills, knowledge, and values that would help them boost the motivation at work, improve sales performance, manage resources, and develop great work culture. 


One of the most crucial parts of developing a successful business culture is effective leadership. Leaders may reinforce ideals while also holding people accountable. This kind of control over others can be either positive or negative depending on the leadership style of technique employed; nonetheless, both effective and poor leadership will have a significant impact on the workplace culture.
