My organization is an FMCG company that is based on core values and beliefs. The core values are taking care of best interests of its stake holders, protecting its employees and implementing the practices that helps make employees work with joy along with implementation of best ethical practices in the company.

The most recent decision was in the wake of COVID-19 when lockdown took place and company had to shut down. At this moment, the company took a decision to pay the full salaries to their employees and decided not to layoff anyone in the company. This decision is based for the end of June, 2020. This decision is widely appreciated and well taken up among the employees and it increased a sense of loyalty among them towards the company.

This decision is related and aligned to the core values of supporting employees and considering their interests as one of the most important stake holders. Hence, company took the decision, based on its core values.
