In order to insure that my employees values and preserve the privacy of patient information, the patients information will only able to be accessed only if the patient has an appointment at the physician’s office, higher management unlocks patients records if needs to be accessed by lower management and or patient EMR card is scanned giving access to all past, present and future information

1. Nurses to only access personal and also health information only for the purposes which are consistent with their own professional responsibilities

2. Collection Limitation: There must be limits to collection of personal data, and any such data must be obtained by lawful and also fair means and, where appropriate with knowledge or consent of the data subject.

3. Data Quality: Personal data must be relevant to purposes for which they are to be used, and also to extent necessary for those purposes, must be accurate, complete and kept updated.

4. Purpose Specification: The purposes for which the personal data are collected must be specified not later than at time of data collection, and subsequent use limited to fulfillment of those purposes or such others as aren't incompatible with those purposes, and as are specified on each occasion of change of purpose.

5. Use Limitation: Personal data must not be disclosed, made available or otherwise used for the purposes other than those specified in accordance with the Purpose Specification.
