• The purpose of this study is to see the psychological factors affecting how teenagers in an impoverished urban area spend their time outside of school. My hypothesis is there are not many programs available in the urban impoverished areas so therefore this contributes to the children having legal problems.
• The first steps to getting this experiment set up would be to establishing my participants which will consist of twelve girls and twelve boys. They will range in ages fourteen to eighteen and all attend a local high school in their area.
• I would research what activities and programs are available in to inner city kids and speak with their parents and teachers.For my test subjects I would create a questionnaire with ten questions and tell me about you portion.I would design it this way to find out what they think about living in an impoverished community and what if any dreams and plans they have for their future.
