1st part:-

It is necessary to know the requirements of the products that need to maintain work functionalities. On the basis of the required items, it needs to advertise at several online and offline platforms so that people can come across the advertisement and may get in touch with the company for the products. The distribution can be made by different channels and to extend the selling graph it is necessary to contact the retailers for faster distribution. As per the demands from the audiences an initial structure for selling materials can be prepared within a particular segment. The retailer is likely to convince the popularity of the product items to the customers visiting their stores as it will heighten the selling chart of the products. In this way, the distribution to the clients can be done at a mass and a fruitful profit can be enhanced.          

2nd part:

Through own sales force, the distribution can be done effectively. A daily target has to be made to the team members and good incentives as compensation shall be applicable for each team member on crossing the individual targets. With this method, it will increase the distribution as it may energize them to cross the target and they shall adopt the effective path to distribute the products high in number.        

3rd part:

The independent sales representatives will be assigned with the only target and on fulfilling their target of distributing products a desirable compensation is provided as a commission. It will motivate them a lot as more the targets shall fulfill, the chances of increasing the rate of commission is more. The independent sales representatives will put more work effectiveness to enrich sales numbers to make it hike by the correct distribution of the products.        

4th part:

The agents or brokers work on commission as they get a sum of amount from the original client-side on the successful selling of products. The compensation is depending on the number of selling done to the customers and based on each selling; a percentage on the selling amount is provided to them as compensation. It makes them always keen to adopt strategies and convince clients for maximum selling of the products. They make strong connections and try at all possible methods to distribute the products as more selling the chances of increasing profits are higher in number.

The reason for choosing each one is to expand the distribution in the correct method as the increasing sales need to activate many channels. To gain popularity and making stable outreach it needs to do effective marketing. Through each one, the selling can be done and distribution will automatically boost the profits to the organization.            

6th part:

The compensation is necessary to provide as per the result of the assigned target on fulfillment. Once the compensation or incentives is made dependent on the target fulfillment, the workforce will fight to achieve the same and it will lead to having strong distribution on the market that resulting to increase profits in number. If the targets get fulfilled the chances of getting good compensation are confirmed and distribution can be achieved as per the targets are structured.
