Performance of principal product: 1) The main activity of IKEA was to sell low and affordable priced goods and home furnishings as retailer. 2) IKEA offers wide range of well designed home furnishings product   3) They offer product according to the need of the people within their budget and space constraint in their house.   4) They produce furnitures made from solid wood and light weight board.   5) The company is producing quality goods.

Criteria used to evaluate the performance of company:

1) They provide furnishings at low prices which are worth for the value of the money including a wide range of choice. 2) The furnitures are packed which the customer can assemble themselves in their home itself. 3) The main positive aspect of IKEA is that they are growing by offering not only better product at low price but also becoming accesible to many people. 4) It offers bold response to tackle the climatic conditions change which is a challenge to the company on global platform. 5) Sustainability is one of the main criteria to show that it can be very easy to live a life at home
