1. Motivation: The level of motivation will increase employee morale and productivity. The employees can be motivated through monitory and non-monitory benefits. This in turn encourage employee to create a positive work environment where they would get satisfied towards the work done. Recognizing and rewarding the employees would boost them and that increase confidence towards their success and dedication.

2. Work and Career: Encourage the employees to increase their skill and knowledge through training which would impact increase in the employee morale and productivity. By clearly defining the set goals they would be clear on the task and collaborate with each other to complete the same. The responsibility and the opportunities would be increased to the employees through training.

3. Communication: Increase on communication level will take the employees on the right track which impact on increasing the productivity and employee morale. The employees will understand on the hierarchy level and exchange their views and ideas to achieve the set goals of the organization. The involvement ensures the employees to achieve their tasks.
