Operant conditioning is also known as instrumental conditioning, its a method of behaviour change by rewards or punishment ; there are 2 reinforcements in this that is positive and negative reinforcement. But positive reinforcement is much better as favourable behaviour is presented as outcomes ,in this behaviour is changed by a reward or by a word of praise. For instance in your school after you get better appreciation after scoring good marks in internals.

Take 200 volunteers for study 100 men and 100 womenn, we can find that lack of proper dieting leads togain in weight, the problem with our experiment is that we lack control or variables, For example the use of random assisment to groups,So we cannot say the reason improper dieting alone leads to weight gain. One of the confounding variable is how many people are involved in exercises, the other possibility is men tskes more food than women, this makes sex a confounding factor, nothing was mentioned about starting weight, occupation, age , this poor studies leads to bias.So by use of control variables and restricting entry of confounding variables we could control this.

Design a spreadsheet to calculate the class’s grades. Consider the following requirements: Each project will be graded from 0 to 10. the contribution of each grade to the final grade are ( 7 team work assignments 10%, Project 1,2,3,4= 20%, mid term 35%, final 35%.) The final test will be graded from 0 to 100, but your solution should allow different grades (i.e 80 points, 90, or 95). This flexibility is very important. Program your solution to set a numeric...
