Reason for choosing cloud:

1. Flexibility: Working from anywhere and at anytime

2. Scalability: Additional storage, license and software are available always

3. Data Security: Safe than storing in the laptop or physical servers

4. cloud backup: Will not destroy or crash due to natural disasters

5. Various options: Alternate options are available

6. Reduced Cost: lesser cost compared with physical storage devices.

7. Great collaboration: to improve the performance of team

Net Neutrality: treating internet communication equally and providing all the resources equally to the users bi ISPs

ISP: Internet Service Provider

Impacts of Net Neutrality:

1. Complexity in plans: ISPs offering monthly and yearly plans which are same for both the business and common users.

2. Lack of innovation

3, Poor client and customer service

4. Calls through VoIP: Charging excess amount in the peak time for business calls
