  • The employees would get more payment if they show the good performance. It is based on the Skinner's reinforcement theory. here high payment works as reinforcement.
  • In the motivation, it is said that the employees are the partner of the company. They will also get the profit if the company gets profit. It reflects the equity theory of motivation by Adam.
