Answer)
The interpersonal and communication skills and interpersonal
communication is the process using which the person can exchange
the information and communicate using verbal and also non-verbal
methods. For a systems analyst of computers, the job primarily to
analyze the complex process of the system and perform the required
activities and also improve the efficiency of the system.
Also, strong interpersonal and communication skills are required by the systems analyst as the analyst needs to communicate within the team and to other teams, express his viewpoints, lead the team and present his analysis to the team and express his points. Thus the interpersonal and communication skills for the systems analyst is important.
What the analyst needs when conducting one-to-one interviews is just a simple communication skill majorly during which he is assessing other people. On the other hand on the job, it is entirely a different case, where simply communication won't suffice thus we need strong interpersonal and communication skills on the job which is different from the short term of the interview where the analyst conducts interviews.
