Nutrition label is a marking of nutrients which are present in a food product.this is also known as nutritional fact label.this helps every person in one or another way.it is right for the consumer for know what he gains after having that product .in modern way it helps the people to decide what amount of calories are required and gained .this fact is mentioned in every food products available world wide.

Next main thing we require how to read the following details in that diet table.to specify the details following facts are needed which includes serving size,nutrient information,calories.all these are mention in different row.for example:-

1.SERVING INFORMATION:-

In the above picture ,blue region specifies the number of serving in the bottle or packet .also the servings can be mesured in different measuring ways which includes cup ,teaspoon,table spoon ,along with its serving size .because these units are same all over the world .measures will be same world wide.so that even if that product got exported to any other countries.this can help dietitions ,persons doing workouts(gym).

2.CALORIES:-

Calorie requirement may differ in each age group people.our body should requires  a minimum amount of energy for body activites ,which can be gained through drinking or eating.excess calories can be avoided by this .thus fat deposition is not seen.

3.NUTRIENTS:-

All relevant nutrients are seen in this region.some may have positive effect and some causes un healthy level.every nutrient should be taken in controlled level.sodium,satuated fat,sugars should be less .Saturated fat may leads to cardio problems,sugar can shoot diabetic level to heights and sodium may cause hypertension.

CARBOHYDRATES:-

Carbohydrates make up to more than 50% in most of the healthy diet.around 1100-1300 calories of carbohydrates are taken in 2000 calorie diet.Dietry fibres ,Sugar are the forms of carbohydrate .Sugar can be of two type total sugar &.added sugarAdded sugar is the amount of sugar which is added during the making .Total sugar includes natural sweetness present along with added sugar.Dietry fibres helps in the normal bowel movement,reduces ths intake of calories etc.

PROTEIN:-

Recommended amount of protein is 20 -30% in total calorie need .High intake of protein may cause restricted intake of carbohydrates..For good health ,Amino acids are required.these are foremed during the breakdown of protein.Oats ,egg,fish ,meat ,soya beans are the suppliers of protein.Amino acids are of three type:-Essential,Non essential,Conditional .
