What did you learn from this course that you did not already know?

Good communicator- yes! all the time i am going to communicate either with the patients, or with the families or with the physicians, or with my coworkers, supervisors, incharges, other health personnels and list never ends!

Emotionally stable- i am going to be emotionally stable as i have to provide care for the needy, sick, emotionally broken, stresses all the way... so i have to be strong enough to taking care of them throughout the care-quality care!

Empathetic- yes! iam the one who can able to put my legs in any one's shoes. I can able to feel pain, stress, cry, and all the emotions the patients have.

Patience and calmness- I too have stress, frustrations, family life , worries, still i will be patient and calm to provide you the best care.

Attentive- I am so careless when i was a student in a school. Now you don't believe that i can remember even tiniest details of patient, very careful and paying more attention to prevent any sort of mistakes to my patient.

Physical endurance- Yes! i am not less than an athelete. I can stand for 12 hours and have physical stamina even in the last seconds of my shift.
