For any company, we need to form corporate level strategies, as with such corporate level strategies, we can leverage and build core competencies, products for our firm, however, there are several limitations, and these are as pointed below:

  • Building such strategy could take more investment and in some cases, Return value could be decreasing or poorly trending at initial period of time, hence, corporate level strategy should be prepared to project specific direction for the company.
  • Corporate level strategies should be going through various privacy practices and so, other companies and competitors should not take advantages from it. Instead it should bring more advantages and benefits for its internal stakeholders first and other stakeholders like customers and general public.
  • Corporate level strategies should be formed to minimize any detrimental effects of the organizational culture. With such positive endeavor, we can build such corporate level strategies in effective way and further, we can leverage and build core competences and products for our firm.
