The new workplace is evolving, we have to take into account. When we enter the digital era, new ways of management are evolving when businesses search for new approaches to a difficult economic climate, organizations seek to increase profitability, inspire workers and promote growth. The traditional top-down management leadership style slowly transforms into a new approach. The conventional models of corporate leadership are substituted for team building and power sharing. Since the beginning of the industrial revolution, tradtional leadership has served corporate culture well. Modern methods function in a world of production. We make it possible for managers to understand the market and make choices that are not automatically necessary for lower-level workers who have different roles with the organization.
With changing economic conditions and foreign competition, businesses are searching for new pathways to growth. Personally I think the future of business is new leadership. It addresses corporate and individual issues, and provides solutions that can lead to increased market opportunities, personal and professional employee satisfaction, and creativity contributing to corporate growth.
