Ordering Cost per order = $10 per order
Holding Cost per unit per year = 20% of Purchase Price = 20% of $15 = $3 per unit per year

EOQ = Square root of (2 x Annual Quantity Demanded x Ordering Cost per order) / (Holding Cost per unit per year)
= Squareroot of (2*1000*10)/3
= Squareroot of 20,000/3
