g) What COULD the government of Britain do in order to achieve this goal in the case of “free” medical care ? Please give two or three options. h) What SHOULD it do, in your opinion? Why? i) HOW IS MEDICAL CARE DELIVERED TO THE PEOPLE IN OUR COUNTRY? What are some of the various programs, and which groups of people are covered by each program? J) The Trump administration just took steps to block some Americans for signing up for health coverage through Obamacare. Is this a good idea? Or a bad idea? Why?
g & h)
The Healthcare of Britain is mainly provided by the National Healthcare which is a public body that provides healthcare facilities to all the permanent residents of Britain for free at the point of usage and for which the charge are being charged in general from the taxation. But for those who are willing to pay, there are various options available to them with the help of private players in this sector. Thus, we can see that although the healthcare, dominated by the National Healthcare is providing free treatment to the patients at the point of usage, the private sector is following the payment mechanism which allows those who can pay for the healthcare to get more beneficial treatment. Thus, the following policies may be implemented so as to reduce the burden imposed by these private healthcare facilities and thus ensure free treatment for the people in Britain
· The Public-Private Partnership [PPP] methods may be implemented in the healthcare sector so that the private players may be given support by the public healthcare system
· The healthcare delivery mechanism may be given to the private players and the basic support may be provided by the public healthcare system so that a judicial mix of healthcare delivery system may be implemented.
· The budgetary allocations for healthcare may be increased so that the private players in the healthcare sector may be provided with more credits so as to give healthcare benefits to the people

The following are the various programs and ways by which the medical care is being delivered to the citizens of USA and the ways in which various groups are being covered under the healthcare sector
· The healthcare facilities are largely owned and operated by the private sector with 58% of the community hospitals being non-profit, 21% being government owned and the rest 21% being run for profit
· With more than 17% of the GDP spent on healthcare, more than 64% is being funded by the government
· The various programs run by the government are Medicare, Medicaid, Children’s Health Insurance program and Veteran’s Health Administration.
· The health insurance is being provided by the government in a large scale and managed care is also provided to extend the facility to more individuals.
· The Medicare facility covers about 70 million, Medicaid covers more than 50 million and the Affordable care act covers more than 17 million people
· Value-based healthcare delivery is being provided under the integrated delivery systems

Obamacare or the Affordable care act was intended to provide healthcare benefits to those aged 65 and above. It is seen that under the new administration, there is a shift from this Obamacare. It is seen that under Obamacare, most of the aged population have received benefits with the aid of healthcare that is being provided to them. But the fact is that it has caused a deficit to the budgetary allocations and has caused a burden to the healthcare credit facilitations. The shift back from the Obamacare would be beneficial in providing more credit facilities to be spend on other healthcare needs, but the aged population would be under stress as most of the healthcare facilities provided to them would be stopped. Thus, it has to be seen that other than budgetary benefits, it would cause a harm to the healthcare sector of the economy.
