Gustav Theodor Fechner's goal to tie science to the relationship between the human body's physical and mental connection focuses on The approach to quantify the various variables and make correlations between them in order to understand the dynamics with which the brain and the body of an individual communicates with each other. It has been a very long going debate that whether the body is responsible in influencing the thought process of the mind for the brain is capable of influencing its behaviour and consequential bodily movements. All the research done in the field however has concluded that both of the variables need to work in ordnance with each other in order to perform efficiently and effectively for the individual to function properly. It is very important to understand that there are situations where the mind has to take control of the situation in order for the body to survive such as in cases where there is an Adrenaline Rush in the body to activate the fight and flight response in order to escape or fight a situation which can be fatal for the body, this mechanism is activated by the hormones that are secreted on the command of the brain which can help us in understanding that the brain had to take over after receiving cues from the environment that the individual might be in danger.
