51. Sterotyping

Self-serving bias is the tendency of individual to blame external factor for failures while appraising self for all the successes. Projection is forecasting based on present trends. Overconfidence is a state of being excessively confident.

Sterotyping is generalizing belief w.r.t. an experience as in the case presented in the question. Ken ignored the positive characteristics of the vehicle purchased by Carrie and said it would require frequent repair. This was with reference to a same model car he owned previously. So he thought all cars of the same model would require frequent repair.

52. Conscientiousness

This is one of the five traits which are required to execute the tasks with utmost efficiency. Conscientiousness means the feeling of doing the tasks allotted with utmost sincerity and honesty, The CEO must put-in his best efforts to drive success.

53. Transformational

Transactional leadership is involves monitoring and controlling employee performances and processes. While, task-oriented leadership style is a style wherein the leader only focuses on activities and not the outcomes. A lazzie-faire leadership style is where the leader has absolutely no control over the processes, neither does he/she wishes to control.

However, in case of transformational leadership style, the leader is a motivational figure to all employees and guides them towards path of higher performance.

54. refreezing

Lewin's change process model consists of three steps : Unfreeze, Change and Refreeze. In this stage Mr. Henshaw has decided the changes in the number of opening hours and implemented the changes. He is now in the refreezing stage where he wants to monitor the impact of change done on customer satisfaction.
