Civil committment is legal court order to admitted mental disorder patient in psychritist hospital against their will.people are generally come under involuntry civil committment in case of mental disorder, developmental disablity, substance addiction.In rational point of view, the persons meets civil committment criteria in each jurisdiction .so it's very necessity to fullfilled civil committment criteria for making legal decision.There are several reason wheather it must be necessary to fullfilled this criteria

1. It's a social responsiblity of Court to provide treatment to the mental disorder patient for keeping safe in danger situation and harmful to others.so while talking about jurisdiction , most crucial designation , one must have mentally healthy . Therefore, he should complete the criteria of civil committment.

2. In most jurisdiction , involuntary or civil committment to applied individual believe to be experiencing mental Illness which leads to impire in reasoning ability to such an extent that the agent of law , state or court determined the decision will made for individual under legal framework.so the person wheather have cognitive impired or not , are necessary to know.if have , he must fullfilled the criteria of civil committment in each jurisdiction.
