Ans- True.but so many wholegrains ,fruits,vegitabels, legumes have high glycemic index and some have low glycemic index.
Q.2.Antioxidants found in food can help protect the body from damage by free radicals.
And. It is true.
Q.3.What’s the difference between a serving size & portion size.
Ans. Serving size is the amount of food which have a specific amount and measurements of nutritive value but portion size is only the amount of food u take for a meal.it is not specific.

Ans . Different type of vitamins has different fuction but the primary fuction is support growth and development of tissue,promote metabolism and absorption of minerals, carbohydrates and amino acid,palys a very important role as antioxidants to tissue oxidation.
