Last time I was suffering from the anxiety and bipolar disorder. In this illness sometimes I felt I am very alone and helpless. I have felt breathless and high fever.

Anxiety and stress was the one of the biggest reason of my this illness due to which I was not been able to focus on my work and my mind and body had stopped working.

The factor responsible for this illness was-

1) Social interactions- I was not in touch with the people or any of the friend my social interaction was nill and I used to stay alone which made me very sick internally and I had started feeling very low and angry on myself and others.

2) External Environmental factor- I was working in between a people those were very negative and they always talked about illnesses and diseases. They never motivated me and shouted at my me on my works. They were just complaining and focusing on my bad activities. This has made me very depressed.

3) Alcoholism- Just because of the anxiety and low mood status I have started taking alcohol in excess which made in dehydrated all the times and leads to fever and motion sickness.

4) Drugs and Smoking- I have started taking drugs and cigarettes for time pass which made my illness worst and leads me to breathlessness sometimes and I was about to take my life.

5) I have started living alone and stopped taking food which has spoiled my body and health to the core.

These were the factor which has made my life and hell so sick and ill .

Thanks

Hope you will appreciate
