I am aspiring to become an HR Manager with a reputed MNC. I am pursuing my post graduate in Human Resource Management (HRM). The short term objectives which I have for the first 3 years of my career are as follows:

· Get placed with a reputed MNC by the end of this year

· Pursue a plant based role for at least a year to have an experience of handling blue collar workers

· Gain insight about all domains under HRM so that by the end of third year of my career, I would be clear about the specialization domain, which I want to pursue in this field

I am working quite hard for getting placed in a good company. I am undergoing my second internship with a FMCG company, in which I am handling recruitment and selection of freshers in the company. I am also undergoing certification in HR Analytics. This course will help me in capitalizing on the potential of data in my foundation years as HR Manager. I am also developing my network in the HR Industry. This will help me in interacting with industry experts and gaining insight from their rich and diverse experience.
