Political environments impose conflicting expectations on executives.Decisions are taken by executives on the basis of estimated future. But political environments always impose conflicting expectations by causing problems to executives while decision making.Executives have a perspective and a viewpoint regarding strategies and decisions.Political environment impose conflicting expectations by causing a complete different scenario regarding decisions, due to which executives face problems and which makes them to consider political environment while executing or making decisions.Politics cause new conflicts or problems which increases complication for executives. If executives take a decision and then find out conflicts arised through political environment, then decisions should be either changed or alternative plan should be implemented to resolve problems arised by politics.Generally, political factors cause huge damage or losses.Executive make decisions and has a variant perspective. But political environment has a counter perspective which is different from executive causing conflicting expectations.Political environment has power to change executive's plan.As a part of political environment,if factors are modified or new restrictions are imposed, then it might cause a huge threat to executives as decisions are taken by them. These political restrictions might lead to losses. So,in this way, political environment impose conflicting expectations on executives.
