A limited partnership is formed (G) by filing a certificate of limited partnership or a limited partnership agreement that includes one must register in its state, pay a filing fee and create a limited agreement, which characterizes how much holdings each limited partner has in the company.

The partnership is formed (E) by agreement, contract, implied formation, or no formal formation because it's a business agreement between to or more people who acquire entity. It can be verbal or with any documentation also.

A sole proprietorship is formed (B) with no formal formation as to start a sole proprietorship, there is no formal documentation such as articles of incorporation or agreements, that had to be filed and this is because the person is the sole owner.

LLC is formed (F) by filing articles of organization with the state you want to start the business. Give and receive all of the necessary business licenses to start a business.

The corporation is formed (A) by filing articles of incorporation with the state. The articles of incorporation is the authorized documents that makes the cororation legal in the eyes of law and includes name of corporation, registrations and name of board of directors.
