21.  What steps, tasks, or actions will you take that will successfully move you toward completing the deliverables and why?

When a project is assigned it is expected to be completed on time. All the processes are correlated and are dependant on each other. If one process is delayed or has any problem in it, that will create some problem in the future process and ultimately the entire activity will have negative affects. Thus, some steps or actions needs to be taken that will help to successfully move towards completing the deliverables.

Resources
If the resources are not properly allocated then problems might occur. If the current allocation of resources is not proper and it is creating any issues in the activities then there is a need to reallocate the same and see the consequences or to be allocated in the place where it is required.

Checks
Proper checks are to be done at frequenct intervals so that the processes are on time and are carried out without any issues. These checks will help in finding out where the problem is there and if needed it can be fixed and it is possible that with these minute changes and checks the process fall in place and help in achiieving the targets.

Timings
Timings play an important role in achieiving the goal. Needed time has to be allocated so that all process are completed on time and required actions are taken. Some processes need more time and some need less so accordingly it has to be differentiated in order to get the desired results.

Swaping
Due to continuous activities it happens that sometimes the resources are not enough or they are not allocated to where it is required. So in that case with the help of proper analysis and checks the current resouces should be swapped in order to get the required results.

Schedule
Sometimes the current schedule becomes too monotonous so as the activities become same routine. The schedule needs to be changed after some intervals so that it is properly allocated and goals are achieved.

Fast Track
Some stages require more time and some need less time. So the activities which require less time should be fast tracked so that more concentration can be given to the time taking process.

Feedback
Proper and actual feedback is much necessary for improvement. Feedback needs to be taken at frequent intervals so that necessary corrections can be made and that will inturn help in improving the processes and achieve the target.
