The most significant ways in which APA sanctions lead to state sactions for ethical violence in the practice of psychology & psychological researches Here we can learn or know our rights & the responsibilites of a psycologist in several in several common ethics. The psychological Association Ethical Principles of psychologists & code of conduct consist of an introduction , preamble , five general principles & Ethical standards The Ethical standards are not The exhaustive.

This Ethics code applies for the psychologists which are the part of their scientific, educational& professional roles as a psychologists. Many factors are covered in the code ,those may be clinical, counseling , practices, research , supervision of tranees, public service, policy development, social intervention , conducting assessments , organizational consulting, designing & evaluating the programs.

Membership in the APA is only given who comply with the standards of APA Ethics code , the rules, & thr procedure used to enforce them.Also the the procedures for investigating & resolving complaints of unethical conducts,4

If psychologist ethical responsibilites conflict with laws , regulations , or governing legal authority , psychologist make their commitments to the Ethics code & take measurable steps to resolve the conflict in a responsible manner in keeping with basic principles of human rights.

PREAMBLE : Psychologists are committed to improve the conditions of individivals , organisations & the society. they are committed to to respect & protect civil & human rights & the freedom of inquiry & expression to in research , training, . They strive to help the public in developing informed judgements & concerning human behavior . they perform the roles of a resercher , educator , diagnostician , therapist, administor, & expert witness.

In brief the general ethical principles are :

Principle A : Beneficence & nomale ficence.

Principle B; Fidelity & Responsibility

Principle C :Integrity

Principle D: Justice

Principle E : Respect for peoples right & diginity

The other factors are resolving ethical issues , competenence & huaman relations.

The above principles can also be described point wise.

Ethics are important as thet concern an individuals moral judgement ( whats wrong or right). Decisions taken with in an organisation by the group or individual, which will be influenced by the culture of the company. Ethical behaviour & corporate social responsibility can bring benefits to the business .
