The ethics code has been developed , in order to provide foundation for proffesional conduct.The primary objective while formulating decision is the develoment of awarnes in ethical prespctive .APA ethics code provide four steps in ethical decision making process 1. Determine who is affected population is, step-2 , determined impact of decision making process , step-3 , measure the potential justification of decision in ethical ground.and step 4, reffering to the core concept such as character , obligation , result or equity.

On the other hand , Christian worldwide view regarding ethical decision making is

1. Firstly gather the fact in details which may helps to resolve the issue and take proper ethical decision.

2. Secondly constitutes ethical dilema and clarify the conflict to solve the issue and understand which is more ethically standard and aceptable in decision making .

3. Every ethical desion should be based on some virtue and principle .

4. We should take such decision keeping in mind of alternative option which helps to minimize difficulty of negetive consequences.

Similarities:

APA ethics code always set such principle while making ethical decision which are given below

2. Respectful to human dignity .

3. Committed to provide individual freedom and autonomy.

In 2nd step, make a predictiion and guess what should be in future impact of taking today decision. In the same way, research also make hypothesis for prediction of solution through relevant situation and based on ethical codes.
