Central funding doesn't know the actual demand of the local system. So the central funding must be have an amount of partiality. Central fund the health care system with huge amount to their own well-wishers areas. The pressure from the locals will help to get more funds from centre.

Central policy is less equitable because it also have the political interest of the central. They get vote so they funding only to those areas with more votes to them.

Rural urban disparity on the delivery of healthcare services creates underdevelopment in the rural area. Most of the good health care facilities are available in the urban area. Geographical area must affect the healthcare services. Because the geographical area which is suitable for residence have more healthcare services.
