9. Where does the reconciliation of cash appear in the Statement of Cash Flows and where do the notes to the Statement of Cash Flows appear
Reconciliation of cash in the statement of cash flows are appear in cash flow itself at last when Net cash flow has arise from all activities(opearting,investing & financing).

Notes to statement of cash flow appears just with the cash flow statement & notes to accounts.
for eg. 1. Cash & cash equivalent include:
balance with bank in current accounts
fixed deposits with original maturities upto 3 months
cash on hand
2. Cash flow statement has been prepared in accordance with "indirect method" as set out on IFRS on statement on cash flows.
3. Refer Note 17 for reconciliation of movements of liabilities to cash flows arising from financing activities.
