Identify a company that you think its marketing activity involves an ethical issue. The company can be local or foreign. The marketing ethical issue should be recent (2016-present) and the information should be publicly available. You are required to use relevant information to perform a critical analysis of the ethical issue from a marketing perspective.

Amazon company that I think it's marketing activity involves an ethical issue of tax dodger and because of its controversial and undesirable practices for exploiting tax laws.
In present Amazon company that I think it's marketing activity involves an ethical issue of tax dodger and because of its controversial and undesirable practices of exploiting tax laws.
The marketing ethical issue recently rises of the tax dodger where the rules of the Supreme Court 1992 allowed and prevents states to collect tax or sales tax from the e-commerce companies and allowed Amazon and other e-commerce organizers to sell many types of stuff and products effectively. So Amazon no largely pays the corporate taxes because it reinvests this taxed profit into own operations and by this reinvesting creating greater opportunity for own business in cities where it is operated. That is an ethical issue in the state law to not gaining from the biggest business. There some biggest ethical issues faced by business companies such as plagiarism, piracy, viruses, data accessing rights, ergonomy, etc.
Factors that can lead to ethical issues in an organization are integrity lack, relationship problems of organizations, interest conflicts, advertising misleading.
