Example 1- In one of the case supplier reported that the company employee take bribe for material purchasing.
This is one of the ethical issues that was reported and company start the investigation on the employee on the statement of supplier.
During the investigation the company found the employee work in purchase department and he start asking bribe to supplier to purchase the product.
Company found that the employee guilty and company terminated the employee.
· Social Contact theory is the concept of importance of personal liberty versus the right of government.
Example the overtime system by the employee – the employee wants to work in overtime to get the extra income ,so he try the as most as possible but the company/ Government has made the rules that one employee can not work more than 4 hours/ day and 125 hours in quarter this rules made for the employee health so employee has to follow this rule .
