2. Write short notes on the following classifications of law:

1.Case Law : Case law is the decrease of the adjudicator's
choice to composing and distributed in explicit books that publish
the decisions of different courts.
2.Civil law : Either the law of where a lawful exchange was made or
the law of where it is to be performed might be applied to the type
of a legitimate transaction.
Examples are murder, ambush, theft,and smashed driving. Civil law
manages conduct that comprises a physical issue to an individual or
other private group, for example, an organization. Examples are
defamation (counting criticism and defamation), penetrate of
agreement, carelessness bringing about injury or passing, and
property harm.
3.Criminal law : Criminal law, as recognized from civil law, is an
arrangement of laws worried about discipline of people who carry
out crimes. A "crime" is any demonstration or oversight
disregarding a law precluding the activity or exclusion.
Criminal law manages conduct that is or can be understood as an
offense against the public, culture, or the state—regardless of
whether the prompt casualty is a person. Models are murder, ambush,
theft,and tipsy driving.
4.Public law : Public law is the part of law that oversees
connections between lawful people and a legislature, between
various foundations inside a state, between various parts of
governments, and connections between people that are of direct
threat to society.
Public law contains established law, regulatory law, tax law and
criminal law, just as all procedural law.
