In order to be able to survive trough this tough time, big organizations and companies will need to have strong leaders. What kind of leaders will be needed the most between Path Goal Leaders, Transactional Leaders, Situational Leaders, Principle centered leaders, Servant leaders, Transformational leaders, Democratic leaders, Pace Setting Leaders, Coercive Leaders, and Authoritative Leaders? Explain Why. ( You can use 3 or more of these leaders.)

How would each type of these leaders, cited above, act about this crisis and how would they try to resolve the situation? ( use their main traits and skills)

Coronavirus is changing a lot around the world. Organizations are suffering because there short and long term objectives are compromised. Leaders who will be a great sign to help the organizations are:

1) Path-Goal Leaders:

These are those type of leaders which is very focused towards there goals. They are very flexible and can adapt changes according to the situation going on around the organization and the world. These leaders can provide their employees very nicely e and help them to achieve their goals. these leaders also help the employees to change themselves according to the situation as well because change is necessary and if you don't change yourself then you will going to suffer a lot with the going situation. to resolve this situation Tejas needs to be focused on their goals and try to remain constant in their work the problems will get sorted out automatically.

2) Democratic Leaders:

These are those type of leaders who delegates the power of decision making to their team members and try to maintain the social equality between the members. as we all know the situation of coronavirus is quite terrifying and in this situation if that is decision-making powers are delegated then it will help up the team members to get motivated and try to come up with new ideas related to this problem.

3) Situational Leaders:

these are those type of letters which can adjust themself according to the situation going on in the organization or around the world.these leaders are quite flexible in nature and help the employees in guiding them the right path. the situation of coronavirus is very tough but these leaders can help the organization to stay positive and go according to the situation.

4) Pacesetting Leaders:

these are that kind of leaders which will not let the bass down of the organization they are very constant and try to motivate each and every member of the organization and in the situation of coronavirus these leaders will not let their organization down and if any crisis occurs this leader will motivate them and try to achieve organizational goals anyhow.
