The three communities of interest include; the managers and professionals in the fields of IT, who are responsible for protecting the organization information data from the many threat they face. The managers and professionals in the areas of information security are managers who support the business objectives of the organization and supplying IT that is appropriate to the organization’s needs. The professional in the fields of rest of the organization, which articulates and communicates organizational policy and objectives and allocates resources to the other groups. The three communities of interest are all responsible for evaluating the risk, analyses the impact of the risk to the organization in general, this is to ensure that the risk at hand has been managed. Determining which control option are useful, in most cases the organization has many options to control a given risk and to ensure that they have taken the most efficient option. In addition, they are responsible for acquiring or installing the needed control. Finally, Overseeing the control remain effective, they act as the overseers in all the mitigating activities.
