The company selected is Amazon
The e-commerce giant has been consistently criticized for its lack of dedication to corporate social responsibility aspect of the company since Amazon went public in 1997. Amazon's Device Donation Program encourages the donation of
electronic devices and gift cards to schools near Amazon

who code activities to help more girls become involved in
coding.
Educating and Empowering Workers
Amazon Career Choice Program prepaid 95 percent of employee
tuition to take in-demand classes such as airplane mechanics or
nursing, irrespective of whether the skills are important to
Amazon's job. More than 10000 workers worldwide have completed the
program to date.
Amazon Virtual Contact Center, enables workers of Amazon's customer

Employee Health and Safety
In 2020, due to the risk of COVID-19 coronavirus, the organization proposed that all global workers work in a job that can be performed from home.
