Generally in manufacturing company womens are not allowed to work on shop floor activity of manufacturing as on shop floor each and every activity is very critical and required more energy. Generally they allowed to work office and documentation work as it is fit to their personalities. Here in our company we have to take training on POSH i.e. prevention of sexual harassment, means we have to talk politely with female employee and don't make nonsense and sexual jokes on them. There is huge tolerance for female in case if they required help or any other thing. E.g. in evening if female candidate unable to take her snacks, then we have to take care of her snacks and breakfast. It is our ethical practice to do so.
