#. The steps that could be taken to improve the likelihood of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander accessing the Health or welfare services they require in Australia are :-

- Provide education and information for local schools,

-Workplaces and community organisations that encourage them to work in partnership with Aboriginal members of the community to improve health and wellbeing.

-Develop an employment strategy to encourage Aboriginal people to work across all areas of council business.

#. Understanding each other's views and values will allow different generations to increase their appreciation of one another. When people feel heard, understood, and valued, they are more likely to invest time and energy into their projects and jobs and they are more likely to stay at an organization

#. The three ways diversity benefits the Australian economy are :-

- exports and related income

- from ethnic 'flavour' products, crafts, and skills.

- visitor numbers and tourist expenditure increase due to the appeal of culturally diverse areas and cuisines
