Causes

Accidents, natural disasters,,health issue requiring surgery ,emotional and psychological effects ,electrical injuries etc are some causes of trauma

Example : any accidents for injuries

1.basic management should be done and like pain killers anti biotics and dressing should be done

Secondary:it occurs in wounds like excessive soft tissue loss like major trauma ,burns etc heal slowly by fibrosis and wide scar will be formed
