A)Trauma is defined as it is a type of experience that is either external or internal to the body by external forces or by emotional issues for an extended period of time.

Causes

Accidents, natural disasters,,health issue requiring surgery ,emotional and psychological effects ,electrical injuries etc are some causes of trauma

Management : based on the cause management should be depends

Example : any accidents for injuries

1.basic management should be done and like pain killers anti biotics and dressing should be done

2.if require fluids and maintain bp and monitor the patient

Burns : based on the area of burns and content patient should be admitted tho the hospital and in sever burns fluid restoration with ringer lactate and antibiotics and vaccine should be given monitor the patient

Wound healing:

Primary:it occurs in a surgical wound or incised wound the edges are approximated and sutured ,healing by more epithelial regeneration than the fibrosis,wound heals with rapid complet closure ,linear scar will be formed

Secondary:it occurs in wounds like excessive soft tissue loss like major trauma ,burns etc heal slowly by fibrosis and wide scar will be formed

Re epithelialisation can be occur by remaining dermal elements of wound margin
