Women's reproductive freedom and health is highly affected by factors like globalisation, lack of access to education and political or environmental upheaval. We can look at all the factors separately-
Lack of access to education can lead to women not having adequate knowledge about their reproductive organs specially regarding their menstrual cycle which leads to unhygienic circumstances and many times can lead to removal of the uterus for the purpose of saving the individual. It may be suspected that these factors are associated with the rural community but in third world countries even the women living in urban areas can be seen having similar issues.
Environment plays a very important role when it comes to women's reproductive health because unfavourable and undesirable environments can lead to refraining to choose for reproduction. The environment also plays an important part psychologically as it is very important for everyone to feel safe and secure to have a successful reproductive life.
Globalisation provides support to women with regards to their reproductive freedom especially in the countries where women are not allowed to express their freedom towards productivity. Globalisation gives a chance to women to find themselves equal with men when it comes to expression of their urges.
